Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FrankieGPT collects, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Account details. Email, password (stored as a secure hash), the first name you give Frankie, an optional cell number, time zone, language preference, and the optional about note.
• Saved people. The names, numbers, emails, and addresses you add so Frankie can help you reach them.
• Conversations. Text of your conversations with Frankie is stored for your account so he can remember context and pick up where you left off.
• Frankie's mailbox. Email sent to your account's private Frankie address is stored so it can be shown and explained in the app.
• Reminders. The reminders you set, plus a delivery log.
• Technical logs. Basic request logs used to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.

How your content is processed

To answer you, the text you type or speak, photos and documents you share, and relevant pieces of your stored history are processed by the AI systems that power the service. Photos and documents are processed to produce the answer and are not kept on our server afterward, with one exception: pictures Frankie generates for you are stored so they can be shown and shared, and are removed after about 30 days.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not show your data to other users. Every account's conversations, mail, reminders, and people are private to that account.
• We do not send marketing to the people in your saved list.

Text messages

If you save a cell number, Frankie sends reminder and note-to-self texts to that number only. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them; you can also remove the number on the Settings page.

Your choices

• Edit or remove saved people and your profile on the Settings page at any time.
• To close the account and delete its stored data, write to hello@frankiegpt.com from the account email.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Access to production systems is restricted. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we take care with what you trust us with.
