These terms govern your use of FrankieGPT, the assistant service available at frankiegpt.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What FrankieGPT is

FrankieGPT is a personal assistant that talks with you, explains documents and messages you show it, sets reminders, helps compose texts and emails, looks up information on the internet, and receives email at a private address created for your account. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify important information.

Not medical, legal, or financial advice

FrankieGPT does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or adjust medication, or replace any professional. For medical questions talk to a doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency call 911.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you set up an account for another person, you confirm you have their permission and will help them understand how the service works.
• The service is intended for users in the United States.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive, including unwanted messages to other people.
• Text messages sent by Frankie go only to the cell number saved on your own account. Messages to other people are always sent from your own phone or email app, by you.
• Each account has daily sending limits. We may adjust limits to keep the service healthy.

Service changes and availability

We work to keep the service available around the clock, but it is provided as is, without warranties. Features may change as the service improves. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrankieGPT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
